Basic Notary Services as per the State of CA are as follows:
Notarization with Acknowledgement: $15 per signature
Notarization with Jurat: $15 per signature
Certified Copy Power of Attorney: $15 + copy fees
Oath or Affirmation $15 + $15 for Certificate
Mobile Notary Service Fee
If I need to travel to you there is an additional Mobile Travel Service fee, assessed based on the distance as follows:
$25 covers up to 25 miles round trip in North County and surrounding areas.
$50-75 Outside of North County round trip.
$90 in the Downtown San Diego area round trip.
Any other special requests or circumstances will result in fees being slightly higher. Please call for fee quote. Thank you.
Other Service Fee
$25 – After Hours Fee – for services outside normal business hours (9am-5pm)
$25 – Weekend Fee – for services booked in advance
Loan Signing Fees
$125 – Covers one signer for one set of loan documents, travel (up to 50 miles round trip), document notarization. \
$25 - Each additional signer
$25 - FedEx/UPS drop-off
$50 – Additional set of loan documents at same signing
$25 – Printing eDocs (per set)
Living Trust Fees
$100 – Covers one signer for one set of living trust documents (including multiple deeds), travel (up to 50 miles round trip), notarization, witnessing signatures.
$25 – Each additional signer.
NOTE: If there are only a few notary certificates required, regular signature and mobile fees will apply. You will pay whichever rate is lower.
$25 – Witness will accompany notary to appointment
Returned Check/Cancellation Fee
$35 – This covers our bank’s ISF (insufficient funds) fee Cancellation Fee
$25 – A nominal cancellation fee is due and payable if a signer is physically unable to sign, or refuses to sign after notary arrives.
